Humans experience a vast array of emotions throughout their lives---sometimes in one day! it can often be difficult to interpret and understand them, let alone manage them. However, science enables us to delve into the physiological and mental processes that take place, in order for us to first recognize how certain things make us feel and then take control of those feelings. It’s important to embrace the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to emotions, as they all have a role to play in enabling us to live more authentic, content and fulfilled lives.

What you will learn:

  • Your window of tolerance (how it fluctuates and how to keep it wide open)

  • How chronic stress/trauma effect your entire body

  • The difference between stress and the stressor

  • The best ways you can help yourself and others
